Role: Remote US Support Engineer
Must be located in the United States, Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Employment type: Contract 1099
Responsibilities:
-Monitor inboxes and take phone calls to document issues, create incidents, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
-Perform all assigned tasks.
-Attend and participate in regular meetings.
-Provide coverage Monday through Friday for designated regular shift hours, with rare possibility of other days requiring engagement.
Requirements:
-Reliability, professionalism, quick engagement, and ownership of issues.
-Must have a professional home office environment for regular on-camera meetings.
-College degree and IT background with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams or ServiceNow preferred.
Salary:
$20-30 per hour
