In this role, you will:
Travel as needed to apartment complexes in the metro Richmond area to make repairs.
Repair or install appliances, complex HVAC needs, plumbing, electrical, and some carpentry in residential apartments.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team.
Maintain documentation for work orders.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal
At least three years' experience with appliance and HVAC installation, troubleshooting and repair
Must provide your own hand tools
