Seeking helper to install box cabinets
I am a subcontract cabinet installer.
Most of my work is within one hour of Richmond, VA, about 10% of work is between 1-2 hours away.
Residential construction
80%new, 20% remodel
Jobs typically take 1 day
Job requires:
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Phone
GPS
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to read and speak English
Willingness to learn
Primary Duties:
Drive to job
Move, unbox and stage cabinets, trim, and hardware
Throw away boxes
Move tools
Clean up
Pays $75/job
Once you can proficiently execute primary duties, you get an opportunity to make more money
Secondary Duties:
Install shelf pins/shelves
Install scribe and toekick molding
Install hardware
Putty nail holes
Move tools
Clean up
Pays $50/job
If you can proficiently do all of the above, you get an opportunity to make more money
A full-scale helper efficiently does all of the above and:
Installs bath cabinets
Cuts kitchen and bath scribe molding and toekick
Clean up
Knows how to be useful
Pays $75/job
Weekly pay, invoice required
Invoice format provided
1099nec, requires w-9 on file
