High End Residential design and build firm seeks highly skilled, dedicated and motivated Lead Carpenter for job site management, cabinetry installation, trim, and all other aspects of the project. Should be able to work unsupervised and lead a crew. Must have great people skills and the ability to motivate co-workers and communicate well with sub-contractors and homeowners.
