Commercial Door and Hardware Technicians and Trainees
Installers, locksmiths, and technicians needed for commercial door and hardware distributor in the Ashland, VA area. Full time and temporary/seasonal positions available: 7am start, 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, occasional nights and or weekends. Prefer commercial construction experience but not required. This position requires power tool experience, some heavy lifting. Valid and clean driver’s license required. Health Insurance available. Paid leave and Holidays.
Our Ideal Installer:
Experienced: Willing to train entry-level candidates, but someone with a background in service, repairs, maintenance, mechanics, or construction is preferred.
Active: Able to lift 150 pounds, stand, kneel, bend, & use repetitive motion.
Team Player: Works well in a collaborative setting. Is socially aware and accommodates those with whom you interact & work. Have a warm & welcoming personality.
Honest & Humble: Someone who tells the truth no matter the cost & puts the good of the team before themself. Being open to others' ideas for serving the customer better.
Flexible: Some jobs may take longer than others. You enjoy the variety of the work & are relaxed and easygoing about the schedule.
Driver's License: Must have a valid VA driver's license with reliable transportation to/from work.

$20-$28/hour
