Construction help needed for new houses, additions, garages and remodeling. Immediate employment available. Some experience preferred however, looking for individuals that are motivated to learn. Job covers all areas of construction from footing to finish work. Candidates must be willing and able to work in different facets of construction (multi-trade). Please note, tool requirements are not necessary for new to trade entry individuals.
Requirements:
- Must be neat and clean
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Must be drug and alcohol free
- Must have own hand tools (toolbelt tools)
- Must have valid social security card or equivalent
- Subject to background check
- Tools required for carpentry level positions
Knowledge and/or skills in all or some of the following is desired but training is provided.
- Demolition
- Light excavation
- Concrete footings/slabs/case work
- Masonry (brick, CMU, stone)
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Siding / roofing
- Light electrical and plumbing
- Drywall
- Flooring
- Tile
- Painting
- Cabinetry
- Drive non-CDL trucks with trailer
- Welding /torch/metal fabrication
