REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, HOME REHAB
The Chickahominy Indian Tribe- Eastern Division (tribe) request a written lump-sum, fixed price proposals to rehab five homes in New Kent County and one in Chesterfield County.
SCOPE OF WORK
The tribe is representing the home owners in the rehab of their homes. The required work include:
- 4 roof/ shingle replacements
- 2 stoop replacements/ repair
- 2 porch railing replacement
- 1 ramp installation that meets ADA specifications
- Wall repairs
- 3 bathroom replacements/repair
- Correct water leakage issue
- 2 possible 3 Gutter replacement/repair
- Fix floor holes
- Ceiling repair
Optional Work:
- Linoleum replacement
CONTRACT AND PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The homes are available for inspection by appointment only until May 17, 2019. Proposals should be presented by June 7, 2019 at 10:00 am. Award will be made by the end of the working day of June 7. Work to begin on or by June 24, 2019. Davis-Bacon wage requirements shall apply. Federal funds are being used to fund this project. All federal laws shall apply including, but not limited to the provisions of Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determinations Act (NAHASDA) 25 U.S.C. §4101, et seq and Section 3
