Grading Equipment Operators (excavator, dozer, backhoe, roller)
Asphalt Paver Operators
Roller Operators
Screed Operators
In addition to Central Virginia, Ruston Paving, which has been in business since 1943, operates divisions in Northern VA; the Triangle and Triad Regions of NC; and Central, Western and Northern, NY. Individuals applying for operator positions must have prior experience. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Potential candidates must also pass a drug test, criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.
Wages are based on experience. Compensation package will also include:
$2,000 signing bonus for applications received prior to October 1, 2023
