Experienced Cabinet Maker – Full-Time (Richmond, VA)
A growing and well-established cabinetry and millwork shop in Richmond, VA is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team.
We handle a variety of residential and commercial projects, from kitchens and offices to built-ins and specialty pieces. Our shop is busy year-round, and we’re looking for a reliable, skilled craftsperson to help us keep up with demand as we continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble cabinets from shop drawings or cut lists.
- Work with plywood, hardwoods, veneers, and laminates.
- Use both hand tools and woodworking machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembly.
- Perform precise measuring, fitting, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabinet making (residential, commercial, or both).
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings and measurements.
- Good craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
