We are seeking a skilled painter with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial painting, a strong work ethic, and the ability to complete projects to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
Prep and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Properly mix and match paints
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Ensure proper application of paint, stains, and finishes
Follow safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines
Work independently or as part of a team on various painting projects
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Must be punctual, responsible, and self-motivated
Must have own tools (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
Starting pay: $16-$25 per hour, based on experience
