We are a growing flooring refinishing company that treats our subcontractors with respect, honesty and integrity. We are looking for a sand and finish subcontractor with good communication skills who wants to show up on time, do good work, and get paid regularly.
Your tasks will include everything related to properly refinishing floors, and may include furniture moving and toilet and pedestal sink removal. All work done must meet industry standards (no swirls, drop marks, inconsistent staining, etc). You must have a positive attitude, always show up on time, and be able to communicate like an adult (listen before you speak, no anger, respectful, etc). We are easy to work with but expect you to be an adult.
Good English communication is required.
Pay is piece work
You will need to provide all gear and equipment related to floor refinishing. You will need to have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Your vehicle needs to be able to carry your own equipment and shoe molding.
You MUST have a bank account, general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance before you do any work for us.
