Mainly plumbing experience, carpenter and light electrical. You should live in or close to city of richmond. We manage properties there and the owner wants us to hire another handyman for evening service calls no big jobs unless you can take them on. Just the usual service requests.

Experience is a must, we are class a contractors. Part time so you could do these after your main job or your free time.
