We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating restoration projects.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification or training in restoration services is a plus).
Experience: Previous experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of water damage restoration techniques, equipment, and industry best practices. Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing project requirements.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using project management software Xactimate, Xcelerate/EnCircle, Docusketch, and Google Email/Calendar.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Coordinate and lead a team of restoration technicians to ensure effective project execution.
Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of water damage incidents, determining the extent of damage and developing appropriate restoration strategies.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant industry standards, local regulations, and health and safety guidelines to ensure project compliance.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the restoration process, making sound decisions to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that restoration work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work orders, and client sign-offs.
