Mobile HVAC Technician responsible for the day to day operational needs of between 20-25 buildings. Technician performs monthly inspections of facilities, making repairs as needed for the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities, including HVAC, minor electrical and plumbing. Repair and perform preventive maintenance on AC systems, including package, split, and chilled water systems. EPA Universal certification required with 3+ years of prior experience in commercial setting.
