Maintenance Technician Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 5:00PM (Unlimited Overtime Available!)
Pay Rate: $25 – $32/hour

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance duties for production machinery and facility equipment
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; repair or replace parts and test equipment
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to execute proper repairs
Utilize hand tools, power tools, meters, and material handling equipment to support maintenance operations
Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report issues promptly
Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure clean, organized work areas
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills
PLC troubleshooting and repair experience required
High school diploma/GED and completion of craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience (Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
