Hello, my name is Dillon. I am looking for someone who speaks SPANISH AND ENGLISH to join my team.
We are dedicated to the purchase, renovation and management of rental properties in the Richmond area, from Ashland to Petersburg. I'm looking to hire someone on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) Monday through Friday.
I need someone who is experienced in home remodeling and who is familiar with various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall/mudding, etc. Job will be working and renovating houses and possibly being a project manager on multiple projects at once.
I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing, who does not do the job halfway, who knows plumbing and electrical, and who can drive and teach others if necessary.
The initial pay will be between $25 and $32 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
You must have your own vehicle (having a van or van is a plus).
You must have your own tools.
The work can vary between different directions depending on what needs to be done. Sometimes he will work alone and other times with more people.
The schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a time for lunch. IT IS MANDATORY TO ARRIVE ON TIME.
