We do mostly older very high end residential work. Most of the work is very close to town, in the Fan, Windsor Farms, near west end, Ginter Park. We do some commercial work and larger work in Henrico/Goochland/Glen Allen as well.
You must have at least 2-3 years of experience, doing high end older work, and reliable transportation. I need people with experience working with older windows, working on ladders to 28 feet, restoring older surfaces, and doing high end interiors for discerning clients. We restore windows, work with plaster sometimes. I only hire people who want to do a better quality of work, and want to be around a healthier work environment. If you have 2-3 basic experience doing high end residential work, and want to learn how to restore windows, and do high end older work, I will teach you, but you have to have a passion for doing this type of work.
