Swift Creek Pest Control is a growing company looking to hire someone to fill a full time pest control technician position to service residential and commercial clients. Technician will also help out with occasional termite jobs. This person must be honest, energetic, and be able to work independently as well as with a team. Applicant must have a good attitude when dealing with customers and enjoy working outside. Service technician will be responsible for making their own schedule as well as servicing monthly and quarterly clients. Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test and have a clean driving record. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5 with occasional Saturday's. Our company offers paid vacation, Aflac insurance and a company vehicle that employees are allowed to take home. All major holidays paid. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control treatments and inspections at customer locations
- Identify and diagnose pest problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Drive company vehicle to customer sites
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong sales and customer service skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
