Small renovation company that specializes in old homes. Typically we do not break ground and build. We only work within the existing footprint of the home. We work primarily in the Fan and Museum District. Our scope of work ranges from demo, light electrical, light plumbing, framing and trim. We also handle property maintenance on a few apartments. Any skills or experience in any of these areas would be helpful. Must be able to work 40hr weeks Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm. Must be physically able to do manual labor, work in crawl spaces and attics. Must have a good attitude and able to work independently at times. Must have a valid drivers license, dependable transportation and legally able to work.
