River Run Custom Builders LLC is now hiring carpenters with experience in residential construction. Candidates should be skilled in some of the following categories: accurate measuring, framing, trim install, painting, flooring, door / window install, minor plumbing repairs, and installing cabinets/vanities. We specialize in real estate investment properties and oversee the start to finish remodeling of run down homes in the Richmond area. We are currently hiring for three positions. Two carpenters with at least two years experience and a general laborer that is eager to learn the trade. Candidates need to have their own personal transportation. Hourly rate varies from $20-$35 per hour depending on experience and proof of skill. If this seems like it would be a good fit please reach out!
