Residential Construction Technician
Compensation $800-$1200 per week based on experience Monday-Friday (some overtime required)

If you possess skills in carpentry, window and door installation, deck construction, framing, painting, or other construction-related expertise, it's time to explore the opportunities in this rapidly expanding field. We offer comprehensive training to help you excel in working with our specialized materials.
This position is also offered to Active Duty Service members who are transitioning out of the military and eligible for Skillbridge Internship.
Job Skills/Requirements:
Construction experience/ Mechanically inclined.
Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.
Positive Attitude and team player mentality.
Able to carry heavy materials.
Adheres to proper safety techniques.
Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.
Ability to follow directions and learn our installation process.

Physical Requirements:
Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to complete jobs in various areas.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying heavy
materials weighing between 40-60 pounds.
