We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Installer with NABCEP Associates or PVIP qualifications to join our solar installation team. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of photovoltaic systems, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of installers, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, hands-on experience with installation techniques, and a solid understanding of electrical systems.
