We are a government contractor based in Sterling, VA called MarathonTS and we are working with Abyon to fill positions at the Farmville Detention Center.

Fully onsite in Farmville, VA
Accepted applicants will go through a 8-week, 40-hour per week paid training program that goes over ICE standards of supervision and sexual abuse prevention, and much more covered below.
Accepted applicants will be required to take a written test after the class and pass a drug test that includes marijuana (cannot have used marijuana in the past 90 days).
Accepted applicants will also take classes to obtain CPR and first aid training, self-defense training (this includes being pepper sprayed since you will be carrying lethal (firearm) and non-lethal weapons on the job), and a firearms training course lasting one week to become a DCJS certified armed security officer.
All trainings are paid work hours (40-hour work week @ $27.20/hr, 8 total weeks of training including one week of on-the-job training with a mentor, then full time job that will be 12 hour shifts)

Salary is $56K/Year ($27.20/HR) with Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 10 days PTO, and 11 Paid Government
