Our mission is to ensure that every client reaches their destination comfortably and on time. Experience preferred but not required as you will be trained.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, including those with mobility challenges.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure a safe journey.
Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns with professionalism.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in driving or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to handle various physical demands, including assisting clients in and out of the vehicle.
