RAM JACK is searching for an exceptional office administrator in the Roanoke, Virginia area to join our team due to the growth we are experiencing.
Position Description:
The office administrator ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the office staff by carrying out common office duties. They maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and dealers in person, online, and via telephone.
Job Responsibilities:
Obtain all permits/paperwork necessary to start jobs.
Receive and/or generate all documentation prior to scheduling jobs and review paperwork for accuracy
Ensure all paperwork needed prior to the start of a job is in-house, including properly completed and signed contracts, Ram Jack EZ Pay documents, engineer reports, permits, and any other necessary paperwork
Act as liaison between the homeowner, or commercial job contact, for work schedules
Notify homeowner, or the commercial job contact, of any changes or delays in schedule due to job changes, weather, etc.
Schedule crews according to length and type of job
Obtain and maintain all paperwork and/or documentation required after job completion, including closing out permits, plumbing checks, etc.
Experience and Education
Two academic years above high school, or completion of an Associates Degree preferred but not required
Two years of management experience, or supervisory role
Must be efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, Google Sheets
Experience with Sugar CRM platforms a plus
