Local Contracting company looking for an energetic, organized individual to work in our production office. Job duties will consist of scheduling installs with customers, communicating schedules with our crews and clients. Must have good communication skills with some experience with Microsoft programs. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the schedules of the installation crews
Provide installation crews with their schedule and necessary paperwork for job completion
Contact each customer and schedule a time for the installation to be completed. The installation must be scheduled in a timely manner and at a time that is convenient for the customer
Assist the installation crews with any minor issues during the installation, and if necessary, advise the Installation Manager, of any major installation issues.
Assist the Document Review Coordinator Conduct work with exceptional customer service skills considering the customer's experience, the homeowner's property, communication during time of service and in support of the Installation Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
1-2 years experience. (Management experience preferred)
Ability to work a 40 hour work week schedule
Ability to work overtime if necessary
Excellent organizational and self-management abilities
Good computer/technology Skills
Good communication and people skills
Management skills with the ability to work independently

Pay: Starting at $16 an hour based on experience
