Labor Finders, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our Roanoke, VA branch. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the staffing industry and the community.
What Does a Staffing Coordinator Do? As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Handling the full recruitment cycle: recruiting, interviewing, placing, managing, and terminating temporary associates.
Conducting business development activities, including client consultations and occasional site visits.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Managing daily payroll for temporary associates.
Assisting with branch receivables.
Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in construction, industrial, or similar fields is advantageous but not required.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact with a diverse range of people.
Leadership experience, particularly in staffing or team management, preferred but not required.
Flexibility and a high level of motivation and ethics.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a drug screening and background check.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
