*Chef/Kitchen Manager:
Excellent opportunity for kitchen manager/chef , French/International cuisine in southwest Roanoke. Good working conditions, great team, and all major holidays off. Will consider ambitious Sous chefs with excellent track record. Full schedule open availability is a must. Weekends and days around holidays are a must. *Lead Breakfast Cook:
Kitchen experience is mandatory. Flexible schedule is required as well. Must be willing to work in a extremely fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Must be open and willing to learn. We are a scratch kitchen and make everything at our restaurant. Must be able to read recipes and follow exact directions. Must be willing to be on your feet non-stop for up to 10 hours at a time. Must be able to work in a high-stress environment with a lot of different demands. Pay is extremely competitive. Most of our cooks love their job and stay here for many years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term job that will grow into a career. This is a great learning experience in a scratch kitchen.
*Morning Line Cook:
Flexible schedule is required and Saturday and Sunday are mandatory. Must be willing to work in a extremely fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Must be open and willing to learn. We are a scratch kitchen and make everything at our restaurant. Must be able to read recipes and follow exact directions. Must be willing to be on your feet non-stop for up to 10 hours at a time. *Evening Line Cook:
Dinner experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be a fast-learner and be willing to work on your own without direction. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be willing to work long, fast-paced shifts every night. Must have good time management skills and be able to complete all task in a timely manner. This job is minimum 36 hours per week, with room to grow. The schedule is Monday-Saturday 4pm-10pm.
