We are seeking a Qualified Professional to join our team, providing specialized care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral health skill building in relation to independent living skills education. behavior management, and service delivery documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients in various settings
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to individual needs
- Provide PTSD care and support for clients experiencing trauma-related symptoms
- Manage challenging behaviors through effective behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate service delivery documentation and records
- emotional support to individuals and families
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Experience working with adults in the community or other settings as needed.
- Background in Mental Health, Human Services or related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Proficiency in service documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to provide compassionate care to adult individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- State Certification as a QMHP is required.
