We are looking for motivated Production Associates to support manufacturing operations across multiple departments, including Metal Fabrication and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly. Positions are available for Machine Operators and Solder Technicians, with opportunities to cross-train in different areas. Responsibilities may include operating machinery, assembling components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production runs smoothly.
If you have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. This is a full-time, on-site position with four-day work weeks (Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts) for day shift, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and evening shift, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The ability to work over-time is essential.
