Previous leadership or team-building experience in any of the following areas will give you an additional edge as you launch yourself into our proven sales system: sales, financial services, banking, insurance, service industries, marketing, recruiting, military, healthcare, real estate, tech, customer service, and network marketing

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

Implementing the strategies of our proven sales system.

Calling and texting prospective clients to review their qualifications and schedule appointments.

Meeting with prospective clients virtually, by phone, or in person who have stated interest in life and critical illness coverage options so they can protect themselves and their beneficiaries.

Helping clients complete their policy applications.

Communicating with life insurance carriers to ensure they have what is needed to make an approval decision.

Following-up with clients and asking for referrals.

Building a team of agents (if you choose to pursue an Agency Ownership path).

Learning from successful agents how to improve your sales and leadership abilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older, a permanent resident in the USA, and have authorization to work in the USA. Must have an SSN or ITIN / Green Card. Must be able to pass extensive criminal and financial background checks. Must have or obtain a Life & Health Producer licenses in one’s residential state.
