REI Contracting Inc is seeking a crew leader with electrical and plumbing skills to join our team. The crew leader works with the project coordinator to properly man and stage materials for the projects. Crews typically include a leader, a skilled worker, and a journeyman helper.
Our work is mostly major remodels of single family houses in Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, and sometimes Rocky Mount.
The best person for this role will have the below trade skills, be organized, on time, and goal oriented.
Electrical trade skills required:
Knowledge and ability to replace or upgrade electrical panels
Run wire for new and existing circuits.
Diagnose and repair electrical problems.
Add new circuits and make home runs.
Plumbing trade skills required.
Run new Pex water lines
Run new PVC drain lines.
Be able to diagnose, trace, and fix problems with water and drain lines.
Install water heaters tank or tankless.
Not required but having the ability to work with gas lines would be a big plus.
A valid driver's license is required.
Pay is $30 an hour W2.

PTO - 5 days after 12 months of employment, 10 days after 24 months, and 15 days after 36 months
