Pay: $30–$40/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with all safety standards
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of HVAC experience
Valid HVAC certification (EPA, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Great communication and problem-solving skills
