I am a non licensed, yet steady working remodeling contractor. I have a great reputation, and plenty of local work. What I need is someone with years of experience in the following areas.
Window and door replacements.
Framing.
Trim carpentry.
Roofing.
Tools are not a requirement, and I would even consider hiring someone without a vehicle or driving permit.
I am not a slave driver, but I do work 7 days a week, and sometimes long hours.
Weekends are not a requirement, but the opportunity is there.
You must have a good attitude and be dependable. I don't put up with bullshit.
I believe in enjoying the work day. More can be accomplished when we're not hating being there.
Currently I am out of town until Sunday night. Looking for someone to start Monday.
I can't pay more than 15 an hour to start. But I pay cash. No 1099.
