Job Description: Professional Pet Groomer (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Professional Pet Groomer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while ensuring the well-being and comfort of the pets in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Groom pets according to client requests and breed standards in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming environment
- Keep detailed grooming and behavior notes for each pet
- Assist with customer communication, including check-ins and check-outs
- Work collaboratively with our support staff, who assist with answering phones and caring for boarding dogs
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of professional grooming experience
- Passion for animal care and grooming
- Ability to handle and interact with pets in a calm, compassionate manner
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- Knowledge of proper and safe animal handling techniques
