Our Maintenance Technician Assistant needs to be a collaborative team player, have strong communication skills, and get along with co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out essential maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs within our Apartment Community
Address maintenance requests from residents promptly and efficiently
Contribute to the overall maintenance and enhancement of the property
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inventory and equipment
