Who Weâre Looking For:
Ride Source is currently looking for Class âBâ Shuttle Drivers who will be tasked with operating assigned vehicles to provide ground transportation services and assuring the Ride Source standards stay exceptionally high. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced environment that delivers a top-tier, unparalleled product, then this job is for you.
Shifts available are on Fridayâs, Saturdayâs and Sundayâs.
How You Will Make A Difference:
⢠Safely negotiate various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas
⢠Review route assignments and schedules with Operations, and ensure all information is fully understood
before departing
⢠Interact with clients, customers, sub-contracted drivers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous,
friendly, and professional manner
⢠Provide operational feedback to Operations to help improve service response
⢠Perform duties and functions to help streamline daily business operations
⢠Communicate with Operations using tools in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
(FMCSR) for the purpose of gathering and/or conveying information
⢠Inspect vehicle for items left behind and coordinate immediate return to customer when possible, or submit
to Operations
Required Experience:
⢠Must be at least 25 years of age to satisfy insurance requirements
⢠Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement
⢠Clean DMV Driver History Record less than 30 days old
⢠Current DMV Medical Certificate Card
⢠Working knowledge and understanding of Motor Carrier Safety regulations
⢠Safety and customer-service oriented
⢠Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals
⢠Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
⢠Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous manner in keeping with the Company's
standards of conduct, and abide by all safety requirements
⢠Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check
⢠Must be punctual, dedicated, work safely, and have a positive attitude

⢠Base pay straight rate starts at $15.00

Physical Demands:
⢠Must be able to sit for long periods of time
⢠20/20 vision or corrected lenses required
⢠Infrequent lifting and twisting required
⢠Must be able to bend to secure wheel chairs in the vehicle
⢠Must be able to work in all changes in weather conditions
⢠Move up and down stairs easily
⢠Lift, push, pull and carry tools, objects, or equipment above shoulder level without assistance
⢠Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
