This project is a continuation of an existing Deloitte engagement that recently completed a current state assessment of the institute's operating model, positions and responsibilities, business processes, and technology. We are seeking a Manager to help with the execution of a defined communications plan and other change management deliverables as the team moves toward the go-live of the first shared services phase. This role will be client facing and work with a team of new and experienced resources familiar with the client to help prepare the university for change. This role will work directly with the project manager and existing team members to prepare specific OCM reports and also assist with the core project team on the engagement.Requirements:
10+ years of relevant consulting or higher education experience
10+ years of experience with shared services, change management and/or organizational design
10+ years of gradual growth with communication and relationship management
Relevant Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
Strong technical comprehension
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
