The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.Work you'll do: Lead for our client's ICAM Technical Assessment workstream. Practitioner must be able to work in a virtual environment to help the overall technical team determine an appropriate set of applications, design features for ICAM services, and the relative level of complexity to onboard an initial set of cross functional applications to the Enterprise ICAM ecosystem. Practitioner must have strong knowledge of application architecture, service oriented architecture and identity and authorization practices. Practical work experience in the DoD is preferred but not required.Candidates should reside in Boston, San Antonio or the DMV area as there will be on-site work in these locations.Required Qualifications:BA/BS Degree in Business or any Technology discipline, Mathematic, Engineering or Information Management Systems5 years plus hands-on experience in the following:Lead technical team responsible for development, support, administration, and implementation of ICAMStrong knowledge of multiple IAM technologies and how they integrate with other enterprise applicationsGood hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more areas: SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping or other IAM technologiesExperience administering a ServiceNow instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies.Possess or ability to obtain & maintain security clearanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureFluent language skills in English, both oral and written All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.

  • Summary The Department of State OIG is seeking qualified candidates for a Policy Implementation Inspector position in the Office of Inspections (ISP) to support high profile inspections and evaluations of specially designated strategic priority programs and operations. This position is an excepted service term appointment under 5 U.S.C. 3161. Service under this appointment authority does not give selectee noncompetitive conversion eligibility. Responsibilities The incumbent serves as a lead inspector who independently conducts or leads segments of inspections, reviews, evaluations, or compliance follow up reviews. The incumbent also serves as a subject matter expert in ISP and may serve as the team manager for multi-disciplined inspection teams. All work is conducted in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency\'s (CIGIE) Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation and follows ISP operating directives and policies. Inspections include a wide variety of work processes carried out in diverse organizations and geographic locations and may involve exceedingly complex, novel, or highly controversial issues. The incumbent must possess the ability to quickly analyze complex, technical, and sensitive issues and make recommendations that affect overall policy and concern substantial activities of Department and USAGM programs. Reports prepared by the incumbent rely on his or her expert knowledge of systems and procedures and contain significant findings that often serve as the basis for new or modified Department and USAGM management policies, procedures, and systems. Major duties include: Developing inspection and evaluation proposals and plans, including identifying project objectives, scopes, researchable questions, methodologies, risks & limitations, achievable reporting timelines, and resource/staffing requirements. Inspections and evaluations will be conducted both domestically and overseas. Conducting and documenting interviews with Department officials at all levels both remotely and in person. Collecting, analyzing, and documenting quantitative and qualitative information. Identifying instances of fraud, waste, and mismanagement involving security assistance, humanitarian and economic assistance, and diplomatic operations and programs. Developing work papers and summaries that support analyses, findings, and conclusions. Developing recommendations for Department action to address identified deficiencies and improve programmatic and operational performance. Writing evidence-based inspection and evaluation reports. Presenting findings orally and in writing to OIG leadership and Department officials at all levels. Facilitating cooperation and teamwork within and between OIG inspection and evaluation teams.
