The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, team standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The candidate will work closely with the projects team lead to identify and remove impediments that are negatively affecting the team's ability to deliver value. This candidate will also be responsible for managing the teams Agile project management tool and ensuring that the teams progress is transparent to all stakeholders/management.The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology, and outcomes-is designed for impact. Bachelor's degree required
2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in an agile environment
2+ years' experience running scrum ceremonies and sprint stand-ups
Preferred:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and sectors that you serve
