Job Description
Collins Facilitation Services is a private provider looking for compassionate and caring individuals to provide personal care to one of our clients residing in a rural area of Dickenson County. You will provide essential services to a Medicaid approved adult male with significant disabilities (cognitive, seizures, spectrum-like behaviors) in his home setting. This client will need assistance with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, bathroom, mobility) as well as with medications monitoring and seizure protocol.
