Owner of a luxury estate in need of a handyman to care for large home, indoor pool and grounds. The estate has a separate home (cabin built 15 years ago) that the caretaker(s) would live. The arrangement sought would be to barter free rent and utilities for upkeep of property (approximately $1200.00 month value). This arrangement would be perfect for someone who is retired, works part time or on disability but can still do basic maintenance (mowing, weed eating, minor repairs, painting, etc). Handyman skills a must so please list experience.
