Job Description:
Requirements: Technical person to assist in management/development/production support of Records Management System (RMS) Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management Systems, Document Collaboration tools, Outlook 365, etc Working knowledge of various platforms and how to do Integration between systems (ie SharePoint, Content Manager, Microsoft 365)
This individual will be responsible for managing two large-scale implementations (RMS and LHS) with the goal of integrating these systems together. The following is what required.
Able to lead a group in the development/implementation of applications/systems as a subject manager expert
Provide comprehensive day-to-day oversight for design, development and testing
Able to lead and implement new operational, and enhance existing processes, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices. While ensuring compliance with SDLC, Application Development, EA, CCRM, DBA, Data, and Security standards and procedures.
Single Sign on Implementation
Development of ETL jobs knowledge/skills
Proficient in Agile/SCRUM project management
