Automotive Service Writer Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer service in the form of an upbeat, approachable personality with strong sales skills
Increasing the profitability of their store
Computer/Point-Of-Sale System experience
Credit Card processing
Cash handling
Assisting the technicians with vehicle maintenance to improve the customer's experience
There is training available for all of our services offered at Jiffy Lube. You do not need to know everything coming in the door, an interest in cars, customer service, and a willingness to learn is what we look for.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License or ID Card
Social Security Card or US Birth Certificate
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
