Location: Front Royal, VA
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 5 days a week (Some weekends required)
Pay Rate: $20.17/hour
Job Description
We are looking for a Grill Cook to join our team! If you have a passion for cooking and can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you. This role requires experience with grilling techniques, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. English-speaking candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook grilled items, including meats, poultry, and vegetables, following recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain proper grill temperatures and cooking techniques to ensure food quality and consistency.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
Work efficiently during busy meal periods, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Maintain an organized workstation and restock food items as needed.
Assist with kitchen prep work and support other staff as needed.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or similar role.
English-speaking preferred to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
Knowledge of proper grilling and food preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
