We are a well established family restaurant that has been serving Loudoun County for over 30 years. As we move into the busy season, we are looking to expand our staff in front of the house. Full time and Part time available. Shifts/hours are flexible.
Positions we are currently hiring for:
Bartender and Server
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders (on-premise/to-go) and serve orders
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Attention to detail; especially bar cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to help keep the restaurant organized, stocked, and clean
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
Full Time and Part Time options available
