Gentle Harvest Management, LC, a company that promotes the well being of people, animals and the environment through responsible farming practices and wholesome food, is seeking a skilled, experienced full-time Meat Cutter for its meat processing plant in Front Royal, Virginia. If you are a skilled meat cutter, we look forward to hearing from you.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years experience meat cutting/butchering
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cutting meats to specification
Adhering to strict sanitation practices and storing meats at the required temperature
Knowledge of Certified Organic, Certified Humane® meats and poultry, and knowledge of HACCP process are a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate.
