The Red Fox Inn & Tavern is a Virginia landmark offering hearty meals in an historic tavern setting, romantic guest rooms fitted with traditional Piedmont furnishings, and unique weddings and social events. We are currently accepting applications for Servers.
Our mission is to preserve and enhance the Red Fox Inn & Tavern experience and reputation by providing guests with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service, superior food and beverage, and quaint lodging accommodations in a well-maintained 18th century establishment. At the Red Fox Inn & Tavern we pride ourselves on quality service delivered in an upscale tavern setting. We emphasize a team atmosphere and require all candidates to be team players with a willingness to learn.
Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating entire service section and communicating with front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations. Ensure all guests receive friendly, courteous and prompt service at all times while following established RFI&T Service Standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- be 18 years of age
- 1 year of serving experience
- must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week
- all employees are required to work nights, weekends, & holidays
