Premier Turf Farms is a small family-owned business in Round Hill and we work in a wide radius from Shenandoah Valley to the DC Metro Area, we're a drug free workplace and committed to providing a safe work environment. We work Monday-Friday, but must have flexibility to work a Saturday or Sunday. Most work will be mowing with a 22 foot wide mower and doing tillage work. Tractor driving experience a big plus. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS MOST IMPORTANT. Able to perform routine maintenance. Valid and clean drivers license.
(1) Ability to lift 50+ lbs
(2) Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, timekeeping, texting and email
(3) Ability to work as a team member and follow verbal instructions
(4) Be dependable, consistently at work on time and willing to commit to required hours on the job
(5) Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements, especially in the handling of equipment.
(6) Have reliable transportation to and from work
(7) Legally authorized to work in the US
(8) Willing to authorize a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
