Looking for someone to provide property preservation lawn maintenance and handyman services on foreclosed homes in Winchester and the surrounding areas ( 50 mile radius)
Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
Must have a working knowledge of the foreclosure industry
Must have 30 days working capital to get started ( payment is net 30 d standard)
Must be able to take adequate before / action/ and after photos on a cell phone and provide these photos to us
Must be able to communicate issues and delays from site
Must be computer / smart phone savvy
